What competitions can I use the NoBit BridleTM in?

We have been receiving quite a few inquiries regarding the legal use of the NoBit BridleTM in the competition arena and have formulated the following guide based on help provided by each organisation. If you are unsure of any rules we recommend that you contact the relevant association in your state.  Should we have not included your chosen sport on this page please contact us and we will endeavour to find out the rules for you.

Endurance:
The NoBit BridleTM can be used in this sport, even during the first leg.

Nationally - www.aera.asn.au

Equestrian Australia (EA):
Under the EA rules you can use the NoBit BridleTM for Show Jumping and Cross Country (but not for Dressage). Also under their rules you can use the NoBit Bridle for Endurance and Interschool Showjumping & Cross country. Although you are unable to use our bridle in the dressage arena there is no reason that you cannot use it during practice. In fact, customers have been reporting improvement in their horses since making the change to the NoBit BridleTM.

Pony Club:
Pony Tasmania allow the use of NoBit BridlesTM (with the exception of dressage).

For other states we suggest that you contact your individual Pony Club President to check if you can use your NoBit BridleTM at your particular club as some people are being allowed to use them on a case by case basis. If you feel strongly about using the NoBit BridleTM at Pony Club let your club and state presidents know. Information packs are available should you wish to petition your state for a rule change. Please contact us for details.
